I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, tidy, and quiet, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. The staff was extremely friendly and supportive, going above and beyond to arrange a Hiace at the same price. The location was convenient, right on the city's bustling shopping strip, and most of the staff spoke English fluently. The dining options offered a good variety, including traditional Japanese dishes and Western meals within a short walk, although I wished for more menu variety. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall positive experience.
